Dependent Care Subsidy

Students are eligible for either the WHOI Dependent Care Subsidy or the MIT Grant for Graduate Students with Children.

WHOI Dependent Care Subsidy Policy

WHOI-advised Joint Program students are eligible to participate in WHOI’s Dependent Care Subsidy program to assist with eligible child care & elder care expenses for children up to age 13 and elders.  Specific information about this plan and forms can be found on the Human Resources website.  A new enrollment form must be submitted during WHOI's Open Enrollment season each year.
