The MIT-WHOI Joint Program is considered one of the world’s most prestigious graduate degree programs in marine science, bringing together the resources of two great institutions: the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution. The more than 1000 alumni and alumnae include many of the world’s scientific leaders in oceanography.

Alumni Association

The Alumni Association ensures continued communication among alumni, and between alumni and Joint Program students and the institutions (MIT and WHOI) to promote the continued excellence of the Joint Program.
